✅Clean your lenses (front/back) before recording

✅ Put phone on a stand or propped on something that won’t slip or wobble
✅ Position your phone landscape (like you’re watching TV)
✅ Position at eye level, ~1.5m away
✅ Make sure light (window or lamp) is on your face
✅ Keep background tidy and appropriate
✅ Add a bit of personality in the background (plants, books, artwork)
✅ Position yourself in the centre of the screen
✅ Leave a small gap above your head 2-3 fingers width
✅ The bottom of the screen at the bottom of your ribcage
✅ If reading a script, use a teleprompter app
✅ Your eyes should be looking at the lens, not a page off-screen
✅ If using a teleprompter, you may need to redo the 4K + 25/30 fps settings
✅ Do a 5–10 sec test recording first to check how you look/sound
✅ Pause 4 secs before you start and after you've finished speaking
✅ If you make a mistake: pause → hold your position → restart sentence
✅ Send your video via WhatsApp as a document (not video)
✅ Other suitable platforms are Dropbox, Google Drive, and We Transfer
